Yes — no questions asked, no waiting. Go to your Account page and click Manage Subscription & Billing. From there you can cancel, change plan, or update your payment method instantly via the Stripe billing portal.
What happens to my reports when I cancel?
Your existing reports and evaluation history are preserved. You simply revert to the Free tier limits for new evaluations.
Can I switch between Pro and Elite?
Absolutely. Visit your Account page and open the billing portal to upgrade or downgrade at any time. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe — Brutally.ai never stores your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest standard in the industry.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current period. If you have a specific issue, reach out via the Contact page.
