Why is this happening?

Brutally.ai uses secure cookies to keep you signed in. Some browser settings — like Private Browsing mode, strict tracking protection, or disabled cookies — prevent these cookies from being set, which blocks the sign-in process.

How to fix it in Chrome

Desktop instructions

  1. 1Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner
  2. 2Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
  3. 3Make sure 'Block third-party cookies' is turned off, or add an exception for brutally.ai
  4. 4If you're in Incognito mode, switch to a regular tab
  5. 5Return to Brutally.ai and try signing in again

  • •Fastest fix: Switch out of Private Browsing / Incognito mode and try again.
  • •Still not working? Try a different browser — Chrome on mobile usually works without extra configuration.
  • •Privacy extensions like uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger can also block sign-in cookies. Try disabling them for brutally.ai.

If you continue to have trouble signing in, try opening brutally.ai in a regular (non-private) browser window.
